Q : Why can't we make it with back neck deep( 4 to 5 inches) bz you have mentioned in one of the replies that we have to attach sleeves separately if back neck is deep. ? - Sarika (7 months ago)
A :

When both necklines are deep, we shift the shoulder inwards which cannot be done in extended sleeves and it tends to slip off the shoulder. 

Q : Can we use same drafting for extended sleeves to stich a kurta? What changes we have to make then? Sleev length is 4 to 5 inches. - Sarika (7 months ago)

Q : Mam do you have the fabric for blouson top? - ramamani (3 years ago)

We do not have the same fabric that we used in the class but we have received new stock of shimmer fabric which can be used to make blouson top. It is a beautiful fabric and will be updated soon in the SUPPLIES.

If you are keeping the neckline deeper you may use the deep neckline theory to bring the shoulder inwards and attach the sleeves separately.

No need for any changes.
